Location

American Samoa is the most southerly of all lands under U.S. Sovereign, about 2300 mi. SW of Honolulu. It is an unincorporated territory consisting of 7 small islands of the Samoan group: Tutuila(52.59 sq mi), Aunu'u (0.59 sq mi). Manu'a group: Ta'u (17.57 sq mi), Olosega (2.03 sq mi), Ofu (2.83 sq mi), and the atolls of Rose (0.03 sq mi) and Swains (1.38 sq mi)
